This form was created for inquiring about tattoo appointments, therefore I will review your request and get back to you as soon as I can.

Here is some basic information you will need to know when setting up an appointment:

All appointments require a consultation before setting up appointment date. Consultations will be set up on Tuesdays only.

-Pricing ranges as follows: Half day (4 hour) sessions are $500, full day (8 hour) sessions are $1,000. Each tattoo is also priced differently based off of size, creativity, color/black and grey, and placement.

-I also require a non-refundable deposit of $50 (half Day) $100 (full Day) at the time of booking.

you will receive a invoice link when we set up your appointment date.

-State issued I.D. is required as proof of age. Absolutely no minors.

-I will be asking for reference photos when replying to your completed form.
